Prior to my career now, I am a graduate of the Korea Military Academy, serving the Republic of Korea Army. I have learned that the key to exceptional customer service is earned through long term relations with my clients, and ultimately finding the right Genesis vehicle through extensive product knowledge.

Over 15 years of customer service experience, I have gained to understand and professionally deliver clients’ needs. Furthermore, my education in Automotive Service Technician have benefited my knowledge in automobile to further assist clients better. I have always loved automobiles, where I have decided to turn my passion into a career. I want to introduce the Genesis brand, the standard of luxury automobile, I will do my best to deliver the utmost customer satisfaction.

I’ve been in the auto industry since early 2013 and I have worked with customers on the retail level all before my graduation. I find that one of my passions in life is seeing the satisfied faces of those customers I’ve assisted after all my efforts, and I’d say that’s the best reward ever! My journey into the automotive world began in the summer of 2019 when I was in the market for a luxury SUV. The buying process was a smooth and comfortable process for me because of the excellent customer service provided by the salesperson. This memorable event inspired me to apply at a local dealership where I worked for four years as a Product Advisor. I found joy in my role by assisting customers in finding the right vehicle based on their unique lifestyles and making the process easy and convenient for them. Working now as a Genesis Experience Manager, I want to show the world that Genesis is an emerging and exhilarating brand in the luxury automotive industry that embodies luxury, elegance, and comfort to all those who drive it. My favourite part of the Genesis design is the iconic front aesthetic. I love the unique and beautiful front diamond crest grille along with its signature Quad LED lamp design.
